
If you have 5 or more sleep logs, your sleep goal is estimated based on an average of these logs. How does Fitbit estimate how much sleep I need? You won’t see a star If you set both bedtime and wake-up time targets but only meet one. If you meet your target by going to sleep or waking up within 30 minutes of the target, a star appears in the sleep schedule graph. You can set either a bedtime or a wake-up time target, or set both targets. Set a sleep schedule in the Fitbit app to help you meet your sleep goal and maintain consistent sleep patterns. Snore and noise detection doesn’t analyze previous nights’ sleep. When you turn on snore and noise detection for the first time, follow the on-screen instructions.
